Shipments and returns

Your pack shipment

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped according to the customer's preferred shipping method.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Sundry Online's quality assurance group ensures that all packaging are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Sundry Online Shop's product accountability ends as soon as the package is endorsed to any preferred courier by the customer.  Sundry Online Shop will not be responsible in any loss or damage to the products during its transit however appropriate assistance will be given to the customer for any concerns that will be raised against the courier service.  

All orders being shipped are carefully prepared and checked by the Quality Assurance Group to ensure that all products will meet the customers expection therefore Sundry Online Shop will not accept returns or replacements of any ordered items.
